If your vehicle has broken down and cannot continue safely, SW Vehicle Recovery can collect it from the roadside, home, workplace or another location and transport it to the destination you choose.
We provide breakdown recovery across Gloucestershire, including Cheltenham, Gloucester and the Cotswolds, with nationwide vehicle transportation available when required.
When we arrive, we first look at the vehicle and its position so we can decide the safest way to recover it. The way a vehicle is loaded can depend on the fault, the condition of the wheels and whether it can be moved normally.
The vehicle is then carefully loaded and secured for transport. If the vehicle will not roll, steer or start normally, we take this into account before moving it.
Once the vehicle is secure, we take it to the destination you have chosen. This can be your home, a garage, dealership, workshop or another suitable location.
If you are not sure where the vehicle should go immediately, call us and explain the situation. We can discuss the recovery with you before the vehicle is moved.
A breakdown can happen without warning and can leave you unable to continue your journey. Mechanical faults, electrical problems, damaged wheels and other vehicle issues can all mean that driving any further is not safe or possible.
SW Vehicle Recovery can collect your car, van or motorbike from the roadside or another location and load it safely for transport. We can also recover vehicles that will not start, cannot be driven normally or need to be moved to a repairer.
You choose where the vehicle goes. This can be your home, a local garage, dealership, workshop or another destination that works for you.
You do not have to use the nearest garage. If you already have a repairer or dealership you trust, we can take the vehicle directly there. We can also recover the vehicle to your home if you want to arrange repairs later.
For vehicles that need to travel further, nationwide transportation is available. We can collect locally across Gloucestershire and take the vehicle to a destination elsewhere in the UK.
We provide breakdown recovery throughout Gloucestershire, including Cheltenham, Gloucester, the Cotswolds and surrounding areas. Being locally based means we can respond directly to drivers who need recovery in the area.
If you have broken down and are unsure what to do next, call us and explain where you are, what vehicle you have and what has happened. We can discuss the recovery and where the vehicle needs to go before setting off.
